- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $60 flat rate, no contract for general pest control. We warranty for 30 days. If you use us monthly it goes down to $40 on future visits. Bed bugs, German roaches, termites, weeds and flying insects require a separate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls and schedules an appointment. They get a text alert when we are on the way and once the appointment is finished we collect payment immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year we spend at least one full day taking classes and learning about new techniques and products. I also subscribe to multiple industry magazines to stay in the know.
