Marcus replaced a gas water heater at my residence, and the quality of his work was excellent. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was polite and professional throughout his visit. Can I just say this was the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. Marcus quoted me for a toilet replacement a great price. I added a couple extra side jobs and he did them without blowing my budget. Marcus came out on time removed the old toilet, and worked on the other projects while I painted the wall behind old toilet. Installed new toilet, and even hauled away old and the box the new one came in. His estimate/quote was exactly what I paid. No $urprises!
I've already got another job lined up for Marcus, so I'll have him out again real soon

He was a very nice man and did a great job in most areas. However, the cocking is very think and messy so it doesn't look good. My husband and I will have to go through and fix it up. The rest of the work was great. Sadly we won't hire him again because after paying for a service... we have to go back and do touch ups on all of the sealed areas.

We charge 32 dollars as a service fee(thumbtack discount, normally 59 dollars) to come out to your home and diagnose the problem. Thank you
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the project I send a invoice for larger projects or I charge at your home once the job is finished. I accept cards, cash, checks, PayPal and Zelle
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Epa certified and R410A certified. I've went to trade school,then became an apprentice, then service technician and then eventually opened my own business.
