- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 1 hour sevice call will be billed at $149 this includes the trip fee. All service work will be charged at an hourly rate of $100 p/hr after the first hour. New installations can be bid or hourly depending on your needs. All work comes with a 2 warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the work needed with the customer and will send over a quote for approval before work begins. Service work is always hourly and I can come out after pricing agreement to fix any wiring issues you might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years apprenticeship with IECA in Arizona 1 year apprenticeship with ABA in Arizona General Electrician Certification from DIR California #158626 EEW (Energized Electrical Worker) Training OSHA 30 card holder
