- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price fairly and transparently with no hidden fees. Small diagnostic or service calls are usually flat rate, and larger jobs are quoted up front. I’m a small local business, so I try to keep costs reasonable while still doing quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation or site visit to understand the issue or goal. Then I give a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, I complete the work cleanly and safely, test everything, and make sure the customer understands what was done before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed electrical contractor with hands-on field experience in residential, commercial, and solar installations. I also come from a military background, which built strong discipline, safety habits, and attention to detail that carry into every job.
