FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial diagnostic fee varies up to $99 due to distance and availability. This charge covers the time, gas and car maintenance to allow us to get to your home and provide the service estimate. In some cases, this fee may waived. The reason for the diagnostic is to be able to provide an upfront estimate. The diagnosis allows us to scope out the work and agree to the upfront cost before any work is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is to gather as much information as possible for the reason they are contacting us, and of course to be punctual, set expectations and follow through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
