- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices Vary based on what Kind of coating you would like. but are set for the most part. square foot prices include prep-finished product. There are no hidden fees, traditionally jobs equal (square foot pricing)x(square footage.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Like to figure out quickly what the customers wants and needs are. Also, what kind of coating they would like. whether that is via messaging, call, or in person at their site. We then schedule an in person quote at job site to measure and check concrete to make sure we are equipped and prepared to have everything we need upon completing service. We will send out Quote after visit within a day. Once customer accepts quote we will schedule work and complete the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained in Epoxy at Factory 1 epoxy and continue to get our product there and training on any new products that come out. Also worked in customer service for 8 years as management. Learned and performed extensive customer service as well as operate in high quality work
