We discussed the issue that we were having over Thumbtack. In the discussions that I had with other bidders they all stated that we'd need to get a completely new garage door. Koby stated that it was a simple fix with only a little bit of maintenance. He gave us a reasonable price that was less than 1/5 of the other quotes and he finished the job in 15 minutes. Now the garage door is operating like it's brand new and it's EXTREMELY quiet! No surprises or extra charges. He's also very friendly and easy to talk to. I'd trust him with anything and we'll be using him for our regular maintenance.
