FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Pride Garage Doors, we believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges. Every customer receives a clear quote before any work begins, and we take the time to explain what’s included and why. Our pricing reflects the quality of our materials, experienced technicians, and licensed, insured workmanship. We also offer promotions such as $100 off new garage door opener installations in the Greater Phoenix and Tucson areas. Costs can vary depending on the type of door, the materials, and any special requests, but we always keep our prices competitive and transparent. Because we’re a veteran-owned business, integrity is a cornerstone of everything we do — you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for and why.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and focused on making things easy for you. It starts with a conversation — you can call us or request service online, and we’ll schedule a time to visit your home or business. During that visit, we’ll inspect your door, opener, springs, and all related parts to identify what needs attention. We’ll then walk you through our findings and provide a straightforward quote before doing any work. Once you approve, we schedule the job at your convenience. Most repairs can be completed the same day, while full door replacements are usually scheduled within a few days. After the work is finished, we test everything thoroughly, ensure your door is safe and balanced, and review maintenance tips and warranty coverage. We want every customer to feel confident and informed before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians bring over two decades of combined experience in garage door repair and installation. Pride Garage Doors is a licensed and insured contractor in Arizona, meaning we meet all state requirements for safety and quality. Our team is trained to work on both residential and commercial systems, and we stay current on all major brands, including LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, and others. Because we handle everything from spring repair to full door replacements, our training covers advanced topics like torsion systems, cable balancing, and opener programming. Beyond technical expertise, our veteran-owned background instills a strong commitment to precision, reliability, and customer service — qualities that set our work apart.
