Thomson was very punctual as well. We were renting a house and the washing machine sensors went out. Thomson diagnosed the issue and was prepared to fix the machine until the owners decided not to proceed.

I plan on hiring this young man again and again...Thompson arrived early for the two jobs I needed done. He put my chandelier together, replaced and intalled the new chandelier and built my 7 ft shelf. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My shelf came from China with no instructions, but Thompson quickly Googled it and put my shelf together. I was very impressed by ths young man's ability to think on his feet and his honesty when explaining what he was doing. He completed both jobs in a timely manner. His prices are very reasonable. Thomson did a great job repairing my toilet fill valve and valve replacement. He was clear with the cost with a documented invoice and when the job changed, he communicated clearly what needed to be done and provided new updated invoice before doing the work. His estimate was very reasonable. He was professional and punctual. He also clearly communicated the cost and work through out the repair. I will definitely use him again for any future repairs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimates are quality insured and based on many factors. These are set so that the client and myself can come to an understanding of what will be done and for what reason! I make sure to include state and local taxes, materials, and labor pay into the quote. The price is set at the lowest possible for the most affordable price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical working process would be to go over the project details. If it’s a 1 days job, just a quick talk over process of what needs to be done and in how ever amount of time. If it is a construction build or labor intensive work, I will need to see the area being worked on via: Pictures or in person. I will write up a plan based on what the job will be entailing after speaking with the client. I will write the total estimate/quote; including materials, labor, a daily weighted agenda, with tax local and state taxes included. I work efficiently & efficiently with aloha, so you don’t have to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and handyman work. By both members of my family and wise teachers of Hawai’i. I come from a prestigious school originating in a qualified state, instilled with the integrity and grit to finish any job with aloha.
