- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are unique and prices shown are approximate and may change after viewing the job. We offer discounts for some projects. Sometimes our prices are higher and that is because we do not cut corners. We take pride in our work and encourage our customers to post reviews.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go over steps for the project and explain standard methods. This gives a new customer an opportunity to layout expectations and restraints that might need to be addressed such as what entrance to use and where to stock materials etc. The more info we have the smoother the project will go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for 30 years. I have worked in residential, commercial, industrial, health care, High Tech and many other settings.
