- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We primarily use the Dunn Edwards and Sherwin Williams. The volume paint discounts we get enable M&B Painting to offer highly competitive pricing. Typically, a basic exterior paint job will run $1.00-$1.20/Sqf. An interior job will run $1.15 - $140/Sqf. A site survey will be necessary to provide a firm quote. There is no charge or obligation for the survey.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
M&B will do a site survey to get the full scope of work and develop a firm quote. We will identify what grade (quality) and sheen the Customer wants. We will email the firm quote within 36 hours., which will include a summary of the work and all costs to do a complete, quality job. lf the Customer elects to do business with M&B Painting and the written quote will become the Agreement for the work to be done. A firm start date is established upon receipt of the signed Agreement and the related deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
M&B Painting is licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contracts (ROC 286971). for both residential and commercial painting.
