- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer three pricing options depending on the length of session. I built it this way for families with little ones, who have a hard time sitting still for a full hour. All sessions INCLUDE digital images... 30 minute session- $200 60 minute session- $250 90 minute session- $300
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client decides to book me I send them a welcome email with a fun questionnaire to fill out. This helps me gather important information about the type of session they're envisioning. Then we plan the session and pick a date! After the session is completed I cull and edit the photos and within two weeks I send a personal gallery over via email, where they can view and download their images. All the images in that gallery (at least 20+) are theirs to keep. No choosing or up-selling! Then I send a print release so they can print their images anywhere they like.
