Our pool had a bright white calcium line around it, visually aging our beautiful pool. We always keep our salt water pool in pristine condition, but the ugly white line belied our hard work. After Jessie spent hours working on it, it was restored to its brand new condition! He said it would take a couple of days to clear up after his surgical removal of the calcium deposits, clean-up andvacuuming afterwards, but it cleared up by evening! Nice job, Jessie!!
Big Dipper Pools LLC's reply
Thank you so much for the glowing review, Marie. We’re thrilled Jesse was able to remove the calcium line and restore your pool to like-new condition so quickly. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to him. Please reach out anytime for future maintenance or questions.

I highly recommend! The owner was very responsive and came out for a free consultation. They did an excellent job and I will certainly be using them in the future. I would recommend them to any friend or family member. They do high-quality work at a reasonable price.

Im so happy to have found this company and the owner Jesse- he is honest- saves you money- communicative- cleans up- careful and mindful with his equipment going through our home. Very grateful for his hard work- he brought our pool back to life from all the hard water stains and calcium buildup. I would give him 10 stars if I could. If you need someone to bring your pool back to life- Jesse is your guy - he wont gouge you. You wont meet a more honest person than him!

Our realtor referred Jesse to us. When we called him, he got back to us right away, made an appointment, showed up when he said. He got to work and was here most of the day. I was checking on him frequently and always saw him working away (compared to some who stand around, on the phone, taking a smoke break). He completed the job in great time and explained to my husband what he needs to do once the pool was re-filled. He gave us a great price, a very nice and courteous person. We asked if he can do regular maintenance on our pool, he doesn't do that anymore but had a referral which saves us time searching. We hope these guys will be just as dedicated as Jesse. I am grateful we got him to do the work for us.

Karen, thank you for the awesome review—I'm really glad Jesse was quick to respond, showed up on time, and stayed hands-on all day getting your pool tile cleaning and calcium removal handled. We also appreciate you noticing the courtesy, clear explanation after the refill, and fair pricing, and I’m happy the referral saved you time searching.
