I had an emergency where all my pool presets stopped working properly. My hot tub kept draining into my pool. I called Hayes and they FaceTimed so that I could temporarily fix the issue and they are coming today to service.

Hayes has been consistent on their appointment schedule. Basics are covered well including pool chemistry. Sweeping the bottom of the pool has been somewhat inconsistent at this early stage in our relationship (just started a couple of weeks ago).
