I contacted Hayes about an issue with my pool cleaner/suction they responded quickly, checked out my system and said that my cleaner needed new gears. I had just had it checked out by the local pool store who said it was working perfectly. Nick said he could provide a new replacement cleaner at a great price. So we took him up on that. I appreciate that Nick didn't suggest repairs that wern't needed....Thanks for your honesty!

I found my new pool maintenance and repair team! Hayes provided excellent service at a fair price. This company is legit! I initially had a technician come out to replace a leaking pool equipment pipe. I ended up needing other services that needed attention, like my pool heater and cleaning my pool filters. Nick was the tech that arrived and he was able to explain how they would throughly repair everything that needed attention. And quoted me a fair price. I feel grateful to have found Hayes on this app. I also want to point out, I had another technician cone this week who has no idea what was causing my heater to throw service alerts and they tried charging me $85 for nothing. Meanwhile, Nick was able to troubleshoot right away and got to the source of the issue. Hire them!
