Let me start off by saying I was impressed with this company! I had the pleasure of being help by Mr. John who not only went out of his way to fit us in his busy scheduled for a draining cleaning and filter sand change. As a first time pool owner I had been searching for other pool companies for services and quotes and was disappointed with the lack of services from those company. Mr john not only did an amazing job on our pool but took the time to properly inform us on any question we had also explaining how things work and what they do! He not only beat his competitors with a better price but also informed us on certain services we really didnt need instead of just saying yea just do it costing more money. He gave us his honest opinion on certain services that other company tried to push on us for no real reason and let us decided which we trusted his judgement on. I was also amazed with feedback from joining his monthly services for cleaning and maintance on our pool he would email us a full report on our pool status pH levels etc..also showing what he added that day to the pool such as chemicals to balance it back out. Last pool company we had did none of that whatsoever I was lucky to even have the last company properly clean my pool and not just add chemicals leaving debri on the surface and trash in the collector section smh. I'm glad we found our pool company we can trust and enjoy having phenomenal service from, but dont take my word for it give them a try we are so glad we did!!! Ps thanks again mr john PSS fur babies also loved mr john! Lol

The best option for pool supplies and chemical needs! For years I have been using Leslie and the big box companies thinking I was doing it right but every season I had issues and green pool -- so much money spent in chemicals. BUT then I found John and his team at this small shop. Their pool chlorine and tab system is the best. I save money and the pool water is better than ever. Last week John fixed my vacuum too. I tried getting it fixed but the other guys and so many problems. John is faster, smarter, more experience and better prices. He makes house calls and free estimates too. My only wish is for more hours open in the store. Sometimes the store is closed so call before you drive over, just in case.

Exceptional, honest service. No call left unanswered.John Lile the owner of Ingenious Pool and Spa is the man of his words, very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. Always on time and never to shy to solve the problems if they appear. Very helpful with City's permits and approvals.Two years ago we were left with 50% unfinished pool constraction by crooked companyOutdoor Luxury Living Inc (OLLI Inc)-JACK SMITH the owner.Few months later Ingenious Pool and Spa took over and finished the job, professionally and on time. We were extremely happy with timing and satisfied with the quality of finishing touches.If we were start again, we would definitely hire Ingenious Pool and Spa people.STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT !!!
