- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our tax pricing fee is based on the specific forms required to prepare your tax return. Each form we use to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your return comes with a set price. We charge only for the forms that apply to your individual tax situation, so you can see exactly what you’re paying for before you proceed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you're set up in the client portal, here’s what to expect: You’ll upload your client organizer and documents securely. We’ll review and ask any follow-up questions (Interview appointments via Zoom or phone call available upon client's request) We prepare your return and send a draft for review. After your approval, signatures and payment, we efile everything for you. You'll get a digital copy for your records — and we’re here all year if anything comes up. No surprises, no confusion — just clear steps and support along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Enrolled Agent (Federally Licensed Tax Practitioner) with an Accounting background. I also hold a certificate from the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) and I am a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Very familiar with public Accounting and have been doing this for several years.
