- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client and look at what they want to do, try and ask all the pertinent questions pertaining to the job, and make suggestions if asked. We always want the client to feel comfortable with us and spend as much time as necessary with each client to ensure that is the case. Once we have all the information on the project, I will put together a detailed proposal and email it to the client, and then follow up to address any questions or concerns.

Yes I do webinars offered by a couple different companies.
