The service technician, Laron, was very nice and thorough. He showed.me everything he saw and did. He took pictures with his ipad and showed me everything he saw and the maintenance he provided. I am happy with the services provided.

Then we work with our customers to explain what the problem is and the different options available to solve it and what the pros and cons are of each.
