I wish I can give you 10 stars! I spilled water on my macbook and it wont turn on. I went to Apple store genius bar. The tech took it in the back. She return very quickly and said she couldnt get it to turn on. She said I have to send it to repair shop and it will cost about $1400! I might as well buy a brand new one! So I called ABC and Carter was very knowledgable, confident and honest. I left my mac and he called me in less than hour. My macbook is FIXED! I cannot believe it! He repaired my macbook for $100! Thank you so much ABC! I will be your forever customer!

Took my computer to ABC because it wouldn't boot. My friends and I had tried to fix for a few hours and were frustrated with failure. Had the pleasure of dealing with Parker, who fixed the issue in 5 minutes. Spent the next 15 minutes explaining what he did and how I can better monitor my computer's performance in the future. Cost of repair and advice was extremely reasonable, and Parker was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient througout. Would give more than 5 stars if I could, will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

One hinge on my HP laptop was broken. Andy got a replacement and fitted it for me. The job was done in a few days at his workshop in Phoenix. He had to get the part from another source. I was happy to find Andy and will certainly use his services should future problems arise with my computers.
