- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we connect via messaging. Then we will inspect your device and diagnose. Customer will be given a service agreement with a quote. Customer only pays if they agree to service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 years industry experience designing and troubleshooting complex computer systems as well as desktop, printer, wifi.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working in large corporations, saw how complicated and troublesome technology could be when it wasn't set up right. Decided to make a difference and fix things the right way so that they are easy and seem less for end users.
