State 48 responded to my initial request quite quickly, set something up soon thereafter, and resolved all of my tech issues without much delay. They were communicative through the process, professional, talented, and respectful. They really went above and beyond, though, when they wanted to make sure I understood how to use the equipment that I had expressed having reservations about knowing how to use properly. After resolving all issues, they explained everything and gave me the chance to walk through it on my own and followed up later with text message instructions and left me feeling like I can call them anytime I need walking through something!
