Adrian responded to me on thumbtack almost immediately. He asked for pictures and was able to identify the problems with my garage doors even from my poor camera abilities. He got to my house earlier than scheduled. He had the parts he needed. He had all the right tools. He had all possible knowledge on garage doors and how to repair them.
