Had an excellent experience with Dakota. I needed my shower recaulked. I was able to send photos to Dakota. He gave me an estimate of how much it might cost and brought all the equipment and materials the next day. He was very responsive via text and even looked at a few other things around the house. He was quick to respond and reasonably priced compared to others. Would hire him again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep the process simple and hassle-free.
First, I’ll ask for a few photos and a quick description of what you need done so I can give you a clear idea of timing and cost.
Once we schedule a time, I show up on time, walk through everything with you, and confirm the plan before getting started. Most customers have a few items they’ve been meaning to fix, so I’m happy to take care of everything in one visit.
During the job, I keep things clean and communicate as I go. When everything’s finished, I’ll walk you through the work to make sure you’re happy with it.
My goal is to make the whole experience easy, straightforward, and done right the first time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up, my dad was a handyman. I was lucky enough to go on lots of jobs with him and help out. Since then, I have remodeled many houses in AZ and have worked with general contractors, friends and family doing all sorts of odds and ends. As my dad said, "No job too small, some are too big". When they are too big- i know "a guy" to call.
