I am writing this testimonial for Lua Zawaski, who does Integrative Body Work and leads a Sister Circle in Phoenix, AZ. Lua is a rare gem! She mainly works with Empaths and Sensitive Individuals, and she is able to work with those able to see auras, as well as those that are clair-voyant, clair-audient, clair-sentient, etc. I first met Lua when I realized my daughter and I were empaths, which was about three months ago. I initially saw Lua for my daughter, who is age 7. I then decided to see Lua for myself, as I realized that my daughter and I are so connected that her issues were also affecting me. Lua is an amazing person! She is patient and kind. I am so happy to be around her energy! She is calm, understanding, and well-trained. She uses key techniques to let the client know that she is listening, and she is gifted in that she can sense and feel a person’s energy. She knows about the chakras and can tell how energy is flowing within a person. She is kind, and she gives many affirmations, making the client feel very happy and comfortable. She uses essential oils, gemstones, and art in her sessions. Her office is relaxing and energizing at the same time. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field! I highly recommend Lua for anyone spiritual, like myself, who is a yogi, a meditator, and an Intuitive/Empath, as well as any child, which one may be told is schizophrenic, autistic, hyper-active, etc. I also recommend Lua for anyone seeing, feeling, and hearing things beyond what is considered normal in society.

Before working with Lua, I was struggling with feeling disconnected from my Creator and my own spirit. I was second-guessing all my business and life decisions and having an extremely hard to making choices based on my own intuition.  The specific results I've seen since working with Lua are too many to count. I feel more grounded and confident in parenting, work and my spiritual life. I have tools to deal with the inevitable emotional bumps that life throws me. I navigated a tricky time in my life with moving house, taking leaps in my business and parenting issues while being able to maintain peace and perspective.  Lua is kind, gentle and extremely intuitive. She is very professional in her communications and I always felt like she came ready to our calls very grounded and ready to support me fully. It was easy to share my heart with her and never felt judged when I needed a good cry or a good laugh! No matter what I brought to our sessions, she flowed with me in ease.  What I loved best about working with Lua is that she is a real person! I always felt like we were on the same level and never, ever felt intimidated or confused. She's been like an angel in my life.    Working with Lua has integrated all the aspects of my being. I used to feel very disjointed in my work, my home life, my relationship and my Faith. Now I feel like one whole ball of goodness :)  I HIGHLY recommend Lua as a coach for ALL aspects of life. She has helped me lower anxiety, increase my confidence, integrate my spirit and mind, make smart business decisions and overall increase my sense of peace, love and joy!

I had many breakthrough moments when working with Lua - She has a wonderful way of seeing the bigger picture behind and between the words and offering this back in a wise and compassionate way to create crucial new awareness in her clients. The new awareness I have of the knowledge held within my body has also been life changing. When I feel confused or overwhelmed and my mind is agitated, I am able to tune in to my body, listen to what it tells me and know the way forward. For this I will be eternally grateful for most of us are so disconnected from the primal knowledge of our bodies and it is a truly powerful thing to be in touch with. I am now confident to completely trust my instinct.
