Jason was personable, professional and efficient. He was clear in his communication when going over the inspection findings. I will recommend this company to all of my family and friends. It can be difficult to find good quality service now a days but I am hopeful there are still a few out there and Americana Inspection Services is one of them. Thanks Jason!

We asked Jason to do a home inspection for a purchase of a home. He seemed very through and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I was impressed with his attitude, very professional even with the seller's agent standing over him the ENTIRE time. Seller's agent was rude and repeatedly interrupted him while he was trying to go over what he had found in the home to me and my husband and he just kept his professionalism going. His pricing was very responsible. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Jason! We love our new home!

Home inspection on a 3000 sf - 35 year old home with many additions. Found EVERY issue that could be problematic. Very good people skills. Awesome job, I recommend them and will use them again.

Jason did an absolutely wonderful job! He's response time was great, he was very thorough and professional, went through everything with me and pointed out all things he would consider in the buying process, and provided us the report the same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
