I made a review of a business last year by the name of Above All Heating and COoling in Tempe. After the review, I found that they oversized the units to make a bigger sale. The oversized units cost me $800 in rebates on top of what I should have been charged for the smaller units I initially requested. They also indicated I would be receiving another $462.50 rebate, but they were not certified to do the work and cost me that rebate as well. They also promised a $250 rebate for my reviews of the company. They now claim not have promised that as well. The units were oversized and they refused to fix it. The vents are apparently not sealed properly and they refused to speak to me any longer. Lastly, they also failed to inform me about having to register the units for warranties. I am now minus the warranties that TRANE would have provided for free unless I pay $59 a unit for a total of $236.00. I have had to submit a complaint to the Arizona Registrar or Contractors and a Consumer fraud complaint to the Arizona Attorney General. Soon, I believe I will be forced to initiate a lawsuit in small claims. I do have evidence in the forms of emails, text messages, contracts and recordings of phone calls. Including where Mr. Parker indicated they would pay all these things and fix the problem. Only to pull out and say they would not pay anything and only provide a fix for the issue.

Our services are well beyond any other service or maintenance plan out there. We take monthly payments or pre-pays in full. Last and foremost, we install new air conditioning units for customers who are looking for a new air conditioning system.
