FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing competitive. I can work with most budgets (planting over a few years, reducing plant size, ect) and provide detailed, line item bids so you know exactly what everything costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the project scope through email or phone conversations. I provide an estimate based on client descriptions and photos. For larger projects I may visit the site before providing an estimate. After providing an estimate I schedule a time and we begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in landscaping for 13 years. I have worked on a variety of jobs learning about plants, irrigation and garden pests/disease. I frequently take classes in new landscape areas. For example, in 2016 I took a smartscape class through the state agriculture extension so that I could maximize my knowledge of water conservation the the landscape.
