The guys were nice, but once moved in, I am finding quite a number of items damaged. Things were not wrapped and shrink wrapped as I was told they would be, when I mentioned this, they said it would be fine. My furniture is not expensive but is very well cared for and now it's scratched, broken wheels and damaged wood. I hired them because I was told they were "white glove" service and VERY careful. I was surprised to see the way things were packed without protection. Disappointed.
Details: 2 bedroom home • Furniture assembly and disassembly • 21 - 40 boxes • Load flat; no stairs or elevator • Unload via stairs • 50 - 100 miles
