- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on how long of a session you prefer and how many days a week. Half hour sessions are $35/session and hour sessions are $60/session. Hour session prices will go down $5 each day you add per week (EXAMPLE- 1 x week = $60/session, 2 x week = $55/session, 3 x week = $50/session)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client, I will begin with a consultation. This begins with checking weight/measurements. We then sit down and talk about goals, what their lifestyle/habits are currently, and what our plan is for future workouts/nutrition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness and minor in Nutrition at Arizona State University. I also have my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification as well as CPR/First Aid Certification.
