Natalie is an experienced personal trainer who is not only very knowledgeable but also well able to communicate that knowledge. She watches very carefully and gently corrects form and encourages. She assigns and demonstrates a wide range of exercises, and can always answer questions about what muscle groups are being used. She’s so personable. Natalie the best!!! I feel so comfortable working with her. She makes working out fun and the time passes quickly while my body is completely transforming in just these two months so far. I love that I can come in and tell her what I feel like working out that day and on the spot she very quickly starts the working out - she knows her stuff! If you've been considering getting a personal trainer look no further! If you do more sessions it gets more and more affordable too so ive been very grateful for that as well! Natalie, is one of the best trainers I have had. While others have claimed and failed to proform. Natalie genuinely cares about your goal. When I started tranning with her, I weighed in at 190lbs with 29% body fat. In Natalie’s course, she provides the tools and work with you to meet your ideal goals. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies depending on how long of a session you prefer and how many days a week. Half hour sessions are $35/session and hour sessions are $60/session. Hour session prices will go down $5 each day you add per week (EXAMPLE- 1 x week = $60/session, 2 x week = $55/session, 3 x week = $50/session)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Working with a new client, I will begin with a consultation. This begins with checking weight/measurements. We then sit down and talk about goals, what their lifestyle/habits are currently, and what our plan is for future workouts/nutrition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness and minor in Nutrition at Arizona State University. I also have my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification as well as CPR/First Aid Certification.
