- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give multiple options to customers for pricing, so they have repair options as well as replacement options and different tiers. We even offer certain discounts and promotions for homeowners to make payments easily accessible for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process when working with a new customer is: 1. Inspecting their roof and documenting everything 2. Giving them a clear breakdown with photos and our recommendations with different options 3. When they select an option to move forward, we schedule material and labor for the work, which is typically 5 to 7 days out from being started 4. We do all the work while keeping the homeowners updated throughout the process of material delivery, photos during the day of the work, and videos so that they know exactly what's going on 5. Upon completion, we do a full walk-through cleanup sweep of the job site to make sure everything looks better than it was when we got there and get the homeowners all the completion photos and videos that we have for them to then be able to pay the final invoice
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has tons of training through our manufacturers and suppliers and over 20+ years of experience repairing and installing new roofs of all types from foam, shingle, metal, and tile. They have all been through various trainings on each of these systems to know how to properly install and repair these systems up to code.
