Gleason responded quickly to our roof repair, was fair on cost of repair. Workers came when promised and even helped out extra with removing all the shingles that had come off the roof during storm and were all over the backyard. Appreciated the extra help with removing them.

Julia did a whole needful job fully on inspecting our entire roof and provided photos and then emailed a very competitve offer for immediate service and repair that following week. Julia then went inspected the quality of the carpet moletion of the work and provided us with new photos of their professional repair and promise of exactly what will get done right. Thank you and will refer Gleason Roofing to all of my neighbors, friends and family.

Gleason Roofing provided a very comprehensive bid, and Alex was fantastic!
Although another contractor submitted a similar bid, we felt Gleason had the best plan. After our initial down payment, it took about a week to get the job scheduled.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gleason Roofing enjoys meeting potential clients and get to know their situation and personalize the roofing problem. Then we develop a good relationship and agree on a contract after building trust. Once the job is scheduled and completed we pridefully back our work. We will fulfill a completion process and stay in contact to ensure our quality of work matches both our expectations.

Our team has over a decade worth of experience with our roofing leaders. Gleason Roofing is always improving our education and staying up to date on the latest safety/ working standards to improve our code of ethics and our quality of work.
