Jay is a professional who knows his business. He did an awesome job with cleaning my solarpanels, which looked awesome by the time he finished them. He saw nests being built under my panels and did some bird-proofing to get that situation under control. He was punctual and had a wealth of knowledge in the solarpanel arena. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Military and Senior discounts are available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client gets with their complimentary inspection a link to view all photos and videos taken while working on their property. We want to maintain open and honest communication and keep you up to date with the health of your solar system.
Suppose we find anything of concern during our 5-Point inspection. In that case, we let you know and encourage our clients to contact their installation company to make use of the warranty provided with their investment.
If your company is no longer available to assist, we want to help ease your worry.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is made up of former roofers, crew lead, quality control, safety, and maintenance solar employees. Experienced in residential DIY solar installations.
