He had a logical process he followed and determined the issue quickly then he knew how to solve it. He made an effort to purchase the replacement part. That didn’t work but the homeowner had the necessary part. Problem solved. Happy customer

Absolutely amazing company it was a very simple fix was just some wrong buttons that I pushed and it’s working fantastic. He could’ve took me to the cleaners, but he didn’t. They cancelled the day of our scheduled date and said it was outside of the technicians service area. Such a huge inconvenience. I would have liked to know this sooner so that I can make other arrangements.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently offering- Full Service Pool Maintenance! $299 complete drain & refill + filter clean & acid wash (reg $650) + FREE 40-point inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we send a specialist out to provide a free quote. During this visit, they will inspect the customer’s equipment and check the pool’s chemistry to ensure everything is working Properly. Once the inspection is complete, they will send a detailed quote, and upon approval, the customer will be added to our service route.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are Certified Pool Operators and have received in-depth training to service all pools and spas. They are equipped with the knowledge and expertise needed to provide excellent, reliable service every time.
