- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently offering- Full Service Pool Maintenance! $299 complete drain & refill + filter clean & acid wash (reg $650) + FREE 40-point inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we send a specialist out to provide a free quote. During this visit, they will inspect the customer’s equipment and check the pool’s chemistry to ensure everything is working Properly. Once the inspection is complete, they will send a detailed quote, and upon approval, the customer will be added to our service route.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are Certified Pool Operators and have received in-depth training to service all pools and spas. They are equipped with the knowledge and expertise needed to provide excellent, reliable service every time.
