- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices are fair and reasonable. I sleep in peace at night Customers on service receive up to a 20% discount off the next months service for that I bring in service. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I set a date and estimate time of arrivals for each new client I contact with. Free estimates for service and repairs. While on site I introduce my self and find the needs of the client. I do a initial water test along with equipment check. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the pool industry for 18 plus years. CPO certified, former Assistant Mgr of the largest pool company in AZ.
