FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of work, the time required, and the complexity of the project. Small repairs and simple installations are usually priced as a flat rate, while larger projects may depend on time and materials. I always try to keep pricing clear and fair, and I provide estimates before starting the work. First-time customers or clients who combine multiple small projects during the same visit may also receive a better price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking the customer to send a few photos of the project so I can understand the work and provide an accurate estimate. Then we schedule a convenient time. I arrive with the necessary tools, complete the job carefully and efficiently, and make sure everything looks clean and works properly before finishing. My goal is always a smooth experience and a satisfied customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with many types of handyman work including TV mounting, furniture assembly, drywall repair, cabinet repairs, shelving installation, door adjustments, and general home repairs. I focus on doing clean, high-quality work and using the right tools to complete each project properly.
