I called Al for an issue with our washer, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He answered the phone right away, was professional, patient, and very punctual. He came by quickly to diagnose the problem and gave us a fair and honest price for the repair. Even when we called him two weeks later, he still honored the original offer without hesitation. My Home Warrenty company connected me with this company after Tucson Appliance Repair, LLC did not respond to my phone calls or Warrenty Companys calls & emails. This company was ready to come out the next day, but I was out of town, so technician showed up 1st weekday I was back. He was professional & efficient, got approval from Warrenty company & had my washing machine fixed in just over an hour! Would definitely use them again! Thank you Axus Appliance Repair!
