I had three projects done by this company. My ice maker was fixed, my hose on my washing machine was replaced, and my filter for my dryer was cleaned. My total cost was $300 plus $50 for the hose. I paid this amount, but I believe I was overcharged. This technician charged $100 per visit. This was higher than anyone else on this site. It took two visits, not three. Chad was good about keeping in touch with me. He fixed everything, but I am not rich and this was a very costly repair. I feel bad about not giving a better review. I indicated my feelings to him, with no response. I should have asked more questions about the cost of these repairs before I had him come out. Like I said, everything is working and I am happy about that.

if it was just simply a lint screen I would have given it to you for free. but when it comes to vent cleaning I have to guarantee it. there's a right way to do things. I don't cut corners. I try to be transparent as my prices are listed and give the estimate right away. I gave you the estimate that you approved. I'm glad you enjoyed my excellent work.
