I received a response from RZ appliance almost immediately after my post. I asked why I should choose them over their competitors and was assured I would receive the best customer service with their company. They were right! Their technician arrived in less than an hour and went straight to work. My washer was fixed and tested and after 30 min my machine was up and running. I would definitely recommend them for service.

The project turned out to be much more difficult. The technician took time to figure it out and made everything work perfectly. I will only call RZ Appliance now for any Appliance problem we have.
