BAP Residential Services specializes in remodeling, rehab and handyman projects both small and large, complex and simple. Remodeling is more than just labor, it's problem solving. I am a multi-skilled professional who can provide solutions for almost any speed bump, whether it is a framing issue, electrical routing, plumbing concern, tile layout, etc. No matter your project type or size, you deserve a professional that can solve problems and provide a quality product. Brian is the best handyman I have ever had. He knows a lot, is very efficient in doing the work, does quality work, and is honest! He is very professional, comes on time and answers e-mail right away. He finished a bathtub surround and corrected a plumbing problem left over from a previous handyman who was not up to the task. He also installed shower doors, took out an old window and sealed the opening, and put on a new wax ring on the toilet. I appreciate the fact that he is willing to do small jobs like installing drapery hardware but also does a great job on complex projects.

Brian was actually early and very professional. He is a life time craftsman so he really knows how to do most anything. He put our office desk together very quickly. He also fixed a sticking kitchen drawer. Very talented and friendly to work with.

We reward referrals! Up to $100 cash paid to you for passing the word that results in an accepted job!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No 2 jobs are exactly alike which is why I prefer to perform a free inspection/consultation prior to submitting an accurate quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Providing remodeling and handyman services since I was 19 years old, belonging to a family of tradesman and engineers.
