- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once day and time are set for free consultation. Well meet at location of project where I will Note your ideas and vision, then Ill give you some of mine, then ill get all necessary measurements and photos. Once back at my office using the newest software, Ill draft several floor plan options and with each option a price attached. You can then decide which you liked best. During the process of project Ill bring you several options of finishes, which you can pick from. I know how fun and exciting this process can be (with the right contractor-ME), So I make it as enjoyable as possible for all parties involved. I look forward to our consultation

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am third generation contractor. My grandfather designed and engineered mines, my father was one of the best new home builders in Arizona. I have been working directly under my father as project manager of his company for 15 years mastering all the trades. I've built over 100 homes from the ground to turn key. I truly Love what I do for a living and that always shines through on the final product
