I have a large back yard area that Blue Mountain put pavers on. The workers were fantastic! They arrived on time everyday, ready to work. In addition to the pavers they repaired part of my concrete barrier wall, repositioned a pool fence, and created a drainage system to keep rain away from the house, and planted 2 new tree's for me. I have a large, heavy wooden shed on the property. They levered it up, put logs under it and moved it to a new location. After paving where it had been sitting I decided I'd like it moved back to where it came from. There was no problem with it at all. They work quickly & clean up as they go. I will definitely be hiring them again for other projects. I did ask for a special design element in the paving stones and while it wasn't exactly what I wanted, it was pretty much what I explained to the man laying the stones. We just had different ideas about what a BIG spiral would look like. I'm happy with what he did, just wish it was bigger. The price's were fair and reasonable, the quality is outstanding and the workers very professional. What more could you ask for? Bravo gentlemen.

Master Bedroom upgrade. Michael came to see the project that I was considering and gave me an estimate, along with a hard copy the next day. I thought the estimate was very fair. I did drag my feet for a few weeks before I decided to go ahead with the project as it seemed daunting to me. Michael was very patient and didn’t pressure me at all. I chose the date and his crew was at my house on that day and work started with them removing the furniture from the room and replaced it when done. 1) Popcorn ceiling removed and ceiling plastered. They made quick work of it and it was not as messy or dusty as I worried about. The ceiling is now smooth and clean. I love having the popcorn gone. And so glad I decided to do so. 2) Bedroom, Closet and Bathroom walls & ceilings were all painted. The Bathroom had old wallpaper under prior paint. They removed this with lots of hard work and it turned out beautiful. 3) Old carpet removed and new hard wood flooring installed in bedroom and walk-in closet. I purchased a narrower type of hard wood flooring which did take longer to install then estimated; Michael stayed true to his quote! Blue Mountain Renovation proved to be honorable in word and deed. I could tell that everyone who worked for Michael had great respect and pride as it showed in the quality of their work. The room is gorgeous, the floor is amazingly. Like a work of art. The crew was meticulous with the install and always cleaned up their work area after each day.

Located out of town, working with Michael Espinoza, of Blue Mountain Renovations, made the flooring renovation process easy. Michael was willing to send pictures and videos of the project, made recommendations for additional repairs, and even managed sub-contractors to complete more than just the flooring. I will think of Blue Mountain Renovations for any future work that's needed.

Blue Mountain far exceeded my expectations. I had them replace my carpet with bamboo flooring on my stairs. They were able to do exactly what other contractors said was not possible, and it came out better than I could have imagined. They are organized, professional, efficient and friendly. Once day and time are set for free consultation. Well meet at location of project where I will Note your ideas and vision, then Ill give you some of mine, then ill get all necessary measurements and photos. Once back at my office using the newest software, Ill draft several floor plan options and with each option a price attached. You can then decide which you liked best. During the process of project Ill bring you several options of finishes, which you can pick from. I know how fun and exciting this process can be (with the right contractor-ME), So I make it as enjoyable as possible for all parties involved. I look forward to our consultation
