David has been my trainer for 2 years. I am happy with my results. I have gained a lot of strength while maintaining my goal weight. I love that every session is different and geared towards my personal goals. We do strength, HIIT, functional & various cardio workouts.David also developed a nutrition plan that incorporates foods I enjoy, making it easy to stick with. I highly recommended David as a trainer whether you are looking for general health and weight loss, bodybuilding or power lifting.
Gage writes my programs, e-mails them to me and trains me at my gym 1X week. He consults me continually on my goals and what I am looking to achieve. "If" I listen to him, I achieve those goals. Gage is very knowledgeable on fitness, diet, and overall health. He understands the body and how it moves and is good at explaining his reasoning behind the movements he chooses for my personalized program. He is extremely motivating and realistic with his words and makes working out fun! I look forward to every training session with Gage! He is also magical with his massage therapy skills which goes hand in hand with lifting weights and working out!
Woody was my trainer for four years. I was a little hesitant when I first started training with him because I noticed that he trained ladies much younger than I was who had great figures. I was in my late 50's with arthritis and bone loss issues. Then I became aware that Woody was patient and skilled in training all types of people, including an elderly man with Parkinson's Disease and a woman older than me with balance problems. Woody listened to me when I told him that I did not feel comfortable doing a certain exercise because of my limitations. He always had an alternative exercise I could do. Woody is very professional and very knowledgeable in training and nutrition. The only reason I stopped training with him was because I had major back surgery and a hip replacement and both of my surgeons felt I needed to swim and do Pilates because of my physical limitations. I miss training with Woody. Not only is he an excellent trainer, he is a really nice person.

Classes are very good, start on time, top notch HIIT workout!! Trainers are excellent, observant and explain the exercises thoroughly. The routines change daily and each exercise compliments the next. I have gotten excellent results in a short time; feel healthier, am getting compliments, and have so much more energy. I sought a short-term personal training arrangement during an extended visit to Tucson. I work out regularly at home, and wanted to stay active with challenging workouts during my time off. It was obvious the trainer paid attention to the specifics of my request, and responded accordingly. I was very impressed. The training studio was clean and very well equipped - there isn't a form of workout that couldn't be accommodated at Better Bodies. I was well matched to the trainers who worked with me - they were true professionals, very skilled and interested in working with me. I will definitely sign up again during future visits. If I lived in the area, I would strongly consider a long term arrangement.
Training with Sophia has been great! I came into the experience with a long history of running and doing other forms of cardio, but I had never been comfortable enough with strength training and lifting weights. Sophia managed to change that for me by providing me with exercises tailored to my skill level. While Sophia pushed me during our sessions, she was also make any needed modifications or adjustments. After training with Sophia, I find that I am much more confident with adding strength training exercises to my cardio workouts and getting great results from it!
I absolutely love Kenneth. He is a great person and a great trainer. I love his gym Force FiTTness and Kickboxing. I really enjoy working out with Kenneth and I look forward to another great year at Force! Very uplifting guy, caring and well educated in his field!
Since I started the new fitness workout with Brian I've been soar for the last two weeks he has added new and more challenging workouts that have push my limits.I like they way he has mix cardio and weights in the class and for me I really like the core stuff .If your looking for a change in your workout ,stop in and give it a try it to easi.
John started my training by completing a thoughtful and thorough evaluation of my baseline fitness. It was immediately apparent to me that he has been doing this a while. He was able to tailor a program to challenge my strengths while addressing my deficiencies. In this way I was forced to make progress in all areas of my fitness, cardio, strength, and endurance. When I started training with John, I weighed over 260 lbs. Now under 160!! DO WHAT HE SAYS.
I attended a boot camp lead by Gia Gerardo and it was awesome. She quickly eleviated my concerns about being so out of shape and trying to do the exercises. Gia used evaluated where I was and used her knoweldge and experience to develop a program that was perfect for me. I was impressed with her expertise in doing a program that included cardio, muscle toning, variety. She is a very supportive coach and pushed me to a level I would never had accomplished on my own. She was also fun and very pleasant. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a fitness instructor. Deena
