Jim Glanz was a true professional. When another job was causing him to run 20 minutes late for our appointment, he immediately called to let me know. He did a great job cleaning my carpet, the job took approx 30 minutes, and the rate he charged was very reasonable. We plan to use him again and to tell all of or friends about him and Famous Carpet Cleaning.

After submitting multiple requests for carpet cleaning, Jim was the only cleaner who returned my call. We needed a last minute cleaning for our move out inspection and he was available to come within 2 days of notice. Took only half an hour and carpet looked brand new afterwards!

Jim came over a week before the cleaning to give me an estimate and he was very nice and pleasant. He was on time and made the carpets looks almost new. He was able to fluff up the carpet from the previous owners furniture marks. Good guy to call in Tucson.

Jim did a fabulous job I would recommend him to anybody he is very respectful and is willing to help in anyway he can I was very pleased with the cleaning of my carpet when ever I need my carpet cleaned again I know call !

Jim is wasy to work with and sticks with his word. He was at my apartment early and was finish in less than 20 minutes! Seems like a great guy and was very personable. Thank you for you services. Not to mention the carpet looked brand new!
