I hired Dr. Clean to do all the carpets in our house as well as buff and clean all the tile work. Josh and Jeremy arrived exactly on time, did a walk through with me and discussed any concerns, and set strait to work. They were polite, respectful, professional and thorough. They took the fact we were staying into consideration and worked around us. The spot they were unable to get out was pointed out to us before leaving and when they were finished they cleared out of the house, raked their way out, and finished their packing/loading outside so the house could start to dry. Before they came we had the tile in our master bathroom regrouted that they weren't able to clean because it was too soon. When I called to pay Bruce over the phone, he reduced the price of our bill by some work that wasn't able to be done even though it wasn't their "fault." We had a great experience with Dr. Clean and highly recommend them.
