FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our field staff train EVERY DAY at 7am on technical and communications skills, we frequently bring in manufacturers to do advanced training.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most frequent jobs we do - changing capacitors, contactors, condenser fan motors, replacing water heaters, jetting out main sewer lines, installing new central air conditioning systems, installing water purification or water conditioning systems (we do not use salt or potassium based water softeners - call us to learn why).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework, are they licensed? Insured? Bonded? Are they A+ on BBB? Google them and see what complaints you can find. Price is not the same thing as value, and the lowest price is almost never the best value, don't be price shopping a skilled service trade - price shopping is fine for TV's or Cars which are manufactured products that are identical - but a skilled service trade is not a situation where you want the lowest bidder... Do you wanna be the person who jumps out of a plane with the lowest cost parachute? Probably not, and much the same you probably don't want the cheapest tech in town.
