Shane B. looked at my system, very quickly figured out what the problem was, and corrected it. Although I have been very disappointed with Goettl up to this point, (especially after Tim cashed my post-dated $9000 check early, after giving me his word that he wouldn't, causing all sorts of problems), I was pleased with the prompt, efficient service today.

Mark came out to my house to fix some plumbing issues. He was very professional from the beginning. I told him he didnt need to wear his booties and he smiled and said, yes I do!Mark fixed the problem quickly, stayed on track and didnt try to up-sale me on anything.I high recommend Mark!

Then we work with our customers to explain what the problem is and the different options available to solve it and what the pros and cons are of each.
