Danny was very quick to assess and solve the problem I was having. He had researched the availability of parts for my desktop before arriving and had suggestions for future improvements which would meet my specific needs. It was great to hear that with a few reasonable upgrades I can get many more years of use out of it.

I initially thought I had loaded some software that had locked up my computer. Danny fixed all that, and it became clear my hard drive was failing and probably causing most of the problem. I was able to get my important information off the drive, and then it flat out crashed. Danny put in a new hard drive and helped me with a number of problems that comes with a hard drive install, and his professionalism was truly amazing. I would highly recommend him, no question about it!

I helped a customer upgrade from an older OS to a newer on and maintain all her data. She was happy with the results and was afraid she was going to lose important info.
