- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $30 minimum which offsets my cost to submit a bid to you. My hourly rate will vary depending on the kind of service you are needing. Many jobs can be completed for the minimum charge, anything that would run over the minimum would be quoted in advance. If any request is not viable and practical to complete. I will be the first one to point that out. In some cases I may recommend replacements rather then service or repair. I can also provide those quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to talk to the customer to determine what the customer is wanting to do or what is happening so I can determine the best way to accomplish the task. This is the only way to accurately quote a job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every day is a learning experience, I am constantly studying changes and advancements.
