- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sixty dollars per incident. If the issue is not fixed there will be no charge. I am currently accepting cash, PayPal and check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over fifteen years of experience in various IT fields. I have extensive experience with trouble shooting computer issues, as well as with database projects from the data entry to the programming level. I am an avid Windows and Linux/Unix power user. I have a BS degree in Geology. I can handle most any hardware and software situation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with other IT professionals and with folks just starting out with their first PC and internet connection. I am dedicated to service, patience and providing great value to all customers.
