We have several fixed price services for work done in our shop. which saved you money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what their problems and symptoms are, asking questions to get a clear picture of what's going on. We then give them an idea of what the issue may be and what the estimated cost is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate in both business and engineering. I have taken several IT courses, but most knowledge comes from experience, which I have over 30 years of.
